Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract needed! At Erica’s Laundry, we believe our service will keep you coming back—no long-term commitment required.
How often do you pick up and deliver?
We offer laundry pickup and delivery on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Need a special pickup outside those days? Just reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How hard is it to schedule a pickup
It’s super simple. Just click the “Get Started Now” button and follow the prompts. You'll be done in under a minute.
Can I schedule a time, or do I need to be home?
You can select a time window—9AM–12PM or 3PM–6PM.
If you won’t be home, just let us know a safe place to leave or retrieve your laundry (like your porch or with a building manager). We’ll handle it from there.
When will I be billed?
Your card on file will be charged after your laundry is washed, folded, and ready for return.
Is there a minimum order?
Our regular minimum is $40 with free pickup included. But right now, you can take advantage of our limited-time special: 30lbs for just $30—no minimum required!
